Guinevere Ho is a U.K. Certified Image Consultant and is also an Associate Trainer with First Impressions Image International (Singapore) and a franchisee of First Impressions, a leading UK Image Consultancy based in Cambridge, England.

Guinevere holds a Distinction in Bachelor of Business Administration from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.

She has 12 years of working experience in customer service, sales and marketing, corporate & marketing communications in the telecommunications, training, hospitality and fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industries.

Having worked with many customers and staff, she understands how critical a person’s image plays a part in getting a positive response from people. Armed with a passion to help people look good and communicate success with their image, a customer-centric mindset and her enterprising spirit motivated her to take the leap of faith to start her own image consultancy firm, Image Mastery International.

Guinevere has trained Multinationals, Small-medium Enterprises and conducted one-to-one coaching sessions for executives and senior management in social and business etiquette and executive business grooming. Her delivery is to keep it fresh and very practical such that participants can take-away readily applied life skills.
