Mr Anthony Hoe

Mr Hoe is overall-in-charge of Phillip GEMS Managed Accounts, a fund management service that cater to both institutional and private clients.

He graduated with a MA Degree in Economics of Finance and Investment from the University of Exeter, United Kingdom in 1983. He has held the Chartered Financial Analyst charter since 1991 and also has a Certified Financial Planner certificate.

Mr Hoe has over 20 years of experience in equity research and fund management. He was previously with OUB Securities, Citicorp Vickers, DBS Asset Management and NLI International. He was also previously with The Straits Times Press and DBS Bank.

He has managed funds for unit trusts, institutional and private banking clients and is experienced with both strategic and tactical asset allocations.

He has been with Phillip Capital since January 2002 and is the Head of Department of Phillip GEMS Department.
